👽 Can I buy the products in a local?

Yes!! You can get our pins at Health Company stores! You find them in Cali, Bogotá, Medellín, Manizales, Pasto, Pereira, Cartagena, Barranquilla, Ibagué and Bucaramanga.

👽 Does the product price include shipping?

No, you have to pay an extra fee. But for purchases over $100.000 pesos in Colombia shipping is free! (Does not apply to special destinations) 

Moth What happens if I select a different shipping method rate than the city my order is going to?

If you do not correctly select the shipping method corresponding to your destination, your order will not be sent until completing the determined shipping rate, for which you will be contacted by our Space DNA team with instructions for that purpose.

👽 How long does it take for my order to arrive?

After your purchase we will send it to you as soon as possible, the time in many cases varies according to the shipping company, it generally takes 2-3 business days if you are in Cali, Bogotá or Medellín, and 4-6 business days to the rest of the country.

For international shipments the delivery time depends on the selected shipping rate, 5-10 business days for Express shipping and 35-90 business days for Economy shipping. Important: When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates, i.e. the estimated delivery rate and time refers to the arrival of the order in the destination country, additional delays and costs for shipping procedures. Customs are not included in the estimated delivery time or determined fee.

COVID-19: Due to the cancellation of routes, air restrictions and constant modifications in response to the current pandemic, international shipping times are uncertain, especially orders under the Economy rate. We recommend taking this information into account when making the purchase. 

👽 Do you ship internationally?

!Yes!. Keep in mind that when making the payment you will see the purchase price in Colombian Pesos and the current exchange rate will be charged. 

👽 Do you accept returns or refund money?

Our products are selected with great love and we check the quality before sale. We do not refund money, but if you want to return or exchange your product due to factory defects, send us an email so we can help you.
