Warranty, returns and refunds.

All our products are guaranteed for the first 2 months after purchase. The product is accepted for review and does not imply acceptance of it as a return or as a commitment to accept the guarantee. The response time once the product is received will be within 30 days after receipt. The customer will pay for shipping the product under warranty and Space DNA will cover the cost of return shipping of the product.

Valid warranties will only be made for manufacturer defects, not for physical damage caused by customer misuse or natural wear of the product. If there are obvious symptoms of abuse, misuse or improper handling of it by the customer, the warranty will not apply.

In case your order arrives with physical damage by the transport company, the change will only be valid if you report it to us within the next 24 hours after receiving the product. Returns: If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product purchased from Space DNA you can return your order in its original packaging for changes within the first 5 business days after the purchase is made. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, if applicable. Shipping costs on products for returns and / or substitutions will be borne by the customer only.
